I usually do not post on public forum, but this compels me to do so. I have lived in the area for two decades and NEVER had a SINGLE missing package handled by the Post Office at El Camino Real - Honest people. If a package was to large to fit in the neighborhood mail box, they delivered it the house – NEVER lost a package! I moved to an apartment in Webster and only on my 3rd package, it was missing in the locked mail box. The tracking said the item was out for delivery 11/19, Saturday. I checked the mailbox at/after 5:30pm and the box was empty. Sunday the tracking said it was delivered into my (locked) mailbox at 4:36pm Saturday. When I checked the mailbox, now there was only a USPS red Ad "Fill this Year with Holiday Cheer". I was sure I did not see this USPS red mail yesterday; it must had been put in my box after 5:30pm, so, the 4:36pm was either recorded in EST or with a broken GPS. The item was either put in a wrong mail box or "mysteriously disappeared". Monday I went to the Webster post office. The supervisor filled out a form and took my address and phone#; he said he would talk with the delivery person and would call me Tuesday, .... I never heard from him. The ramifications are: 1) indirectly label me as dishonest for making false claim that I did not receive the package. 2) a party may have to absorb the cost for missing items - usually passed back onto consumers. 3) Wasted my valuable time to track/follow up on this issue. The item was mailed by a photo/video/audio seller. It was not costly so I did not bother filing a report to the PD. The Post Master needs to do a real house cleaning.
If I could post no stars I would. I had to reimburse a customer for a non replaceable handmade necklace because this post office decided it was too much trouble to forward the package back to me because it had an incorrect street number. I have tried numerous times to call in to this post office with nothing but a busy signal. Tracking reflects "will be sent back to sender", but three weeks later there is still no tracking and the item is sitting at this post office. There is no excuse for mail theft of packages, and from looking at the reviews for this post office, lost and suddenly missing packages is a regular occurrence. I have a great local post office in PA that cares about their customers and their parcels. They have tried to contact this post office also, and continue to get busy signals; and have come to the same conclusion, that since the tracking stops with them, that it is still sitting in their post office three weeks later and is probably taken by one of the workers by now. Why are they still open?
This has to be one of the worst post office. Please go to another one closer. Because they have lost packages that I have shipped out on two occassions. These packages were sent priority, had a label on it and according to the tracking has NEVER left the facility. However, they take no responsibility for the package lost. In addition, they claim ALL packages leave their facility daily. But neither of them were scan to say they left. I dont like using the word hate... but because I am a business owner and what I ship out is custom MADE by me.. it really pisses me off that they lose things that I take time to make for my customers.
I always have problems getting the mail delivered at my office, and have made many attempts to contact the post office via telephone. No one ever answers or calls back and the post master is useless. I have spoken with him several times about this issue with no solution. I also visit the post office a few times a month for work and he sometimes comes out and starts moving people around in line which only results in getting people out of order. This is beyond frustrating. The only reason I have it two stars is due to the staff inside the post office, who are great!!
Postmaster idiot here. He is rude to everyone who walks through the door. Tells older people to use the machine because it would be faster. Workers are slower than molasses. Makes people wait to let other people in the front of the line. I have never had a good experience here and the postmaster should be fired! He is completely incompetent and not customer friendly. It’s terrible nothing has been done considering the other reviews. Entitled government workers who get away with treating the public terrible.
WOW !! Reading the past reviews I felt that nothing could be that bad--I was wrong and now I know why the post office is losing so much money!! The man who answered the phone at 2:30 on 4/10/17 was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to . I attempted to talk with him twice trying to get a passport appointment and was rudely interrupted and kicked over to a recording before I could even respond.. When I tried to talk to a supervisor about the way I was treated they would not answer!
I highly recommend avoiding this location.. Customer Service is beyond bad.. If I could give zero stars, I would.. To pick a package up, you usually have to wait for at least 30 minutes before anyone comes to the door.. They never answer the phone no matter what promt you choose.. Horrible Horrible Experiences I have EVERY time i come here.
If they handle your packages as inefficiently as they do my mail-forwarding (I had a FIRE, for goodness sake), you will lose everything. So do business with UPS or some other service when you can. The supervisor at the Webster post office told me that it is too much trouble for the carrier to handle my mail forwarding properly
This really is a good place. They move the lines pretty fast, offer a good selection of supplies and accessories and the people behind the counter are courteous and professional. The postmaster there is apparently an issue, and may be the cause for several bad reviews, but again, this place is solid.
Took the time to pull my kid out of the car and rush up to the door for it to be locked at 3:58 when you close at 4. Im livid. Now I have to waste gas and go to another post office because of employee laziness. Closing at 4 is already BS.
The man in charge here is an egomaniac who makes people first in line wait while he waits on 2 other people at the same time. Very rude and controlling. Needs to be fired immediately. Should not be serving the public in any capacity.
I put several packages in the USPS mailbox at a drop off location and over 1 week later they still haven’t been picked up by USPS. I’ve been calling for hours and nobody will answer the phone. Now I’m going to have angry clients.
They have lost my stuff a couple of times. Say they have no responsibility for its loss. The manager purposely keeps more expensive envelopes and does not sell stamped envelopes there. They had no pens on the tables.
This post office is clean and actually has inventory unlike the El Camino Real location which is always dirty, no inventory and the stamp machine always has problems. Its obvious El Camino Real is horribly managed

Horrible customer service! I was hung up on and transferred to a loop answering service. When I called back someone picked to the phone and manually transferred me to voicemail twice.
Absolutely worthless... close before posted hours! Close it down already, it is worthless post office. Self serve kiosk (placed for obvious reasons) only does priority.
One of the best post office customer service I have experienced. Smile with service given here is unusual for a post office. I try to do business only here.

whoever answers the phone just puts you on hold and never picks up again. Tried to call back but line busy. Guess they just took the phone off the hook
Horrible!!! I lost hundreds of dollars in merchandise I never received. How can I change this? Where can I complain? The managers are never there.
