My name is Aurrora Sanchez i am the property manager for 117 East Bobwhite Lane. #28 Double J MHP. I am letting you know that i am getting tired of the postman coming into the park like the swat team is behind him. Also i am getting complaints from some of the tenants that put mail in to be picked up with the flag up and it never gets picked up. Two days later it still sits in the mailbox with the flag up. I myself also have put mail in and it doesnt get picked up so i go put it in the postoffice myself. It has been brought to ther postmans attention and the still do the same. They are in such a hurry to come in and get out that they never do their job completely. The worse part was yesterday i had a tenant call the post office to complain and they said they would take care of it. Apparently it didnt happen. Their were two mail trucks and i guess a supervisor showing the route and nobody gets the mail. What happens today ...... I HAVE TO GO PUT IT IN THE BLUE BOX .... VERY FRUSTRATED PROPERTY MANAGER OF DOUBLE J MHP
POS!! Mother-in-Law paid extra to express deliver. Person just left "pick up" card in box. NEVER CAME TO DOOR. Up all day and dog barks if someone actually KNOCKS on the door! Supposed Supervisor comes to deliver because I called upset. Basically called us a liar, saying his person says there was an attempt. LAZY LAZY LAZY and the Post Office wonders why they hate being used! Supervisor got his feelings hurt when I cursed because he basically called us Liars that we were here took package and drove off, circled end of road and came back. I have worked over 20 years in customer service maybe they should try and hire people with customer service skills. Our government needs to RETHINK the post office!!!
Never had any problem in the 11 years I have lived here. So one incident does not mean that service is bad here. I do hope that some one in neighborhood (Scarlet Lane) may have gotten this package and consider dropping it off at my door. It is a graduation present. Day 1: received notification that package was delivered in parcel locker. But key was not in my box to open locker. Day 2: Reported missing key. Day 3: Was told package was located and be delivered later in the day. Day 4: Package still missing. Carrier states that he does not recall delivering the package ever. There is nothing USPS can do. Because package was scanned "delivered". I am unable to report loss to eBay/seller.
Worst post office ever. constantly loses my packages . I have my suspicions . Who do you call to complain? I have at least 20 packages missing. Sooooo angry. People are so rude no help when I went into post office to complain. Even though my tracking number says it has been in Harker Heights post office since May 29 today is June 5. We need to call our congressmen and have him look at all of these complaints .
We came back from a 4 day spontaneous vacation, to absolutely no mail. We were waiting on very important mail. My husband went to the post office to notify of possible stolen mail but the workers there were not helpful at ALL. They were so rude to him and said we must have just gotten no mail. Even though since we moved in here we have had mail EVERY DAY. So now we have no idea where our mail is or who has it.
Please fire the asian woman there named Odette. How in the world do people like that get a job. Nothing but a pain to the employees and the customers. Just makes everyones life miserable. I guess bureaucrats and bureaucracies like other bureaucrats. In this case I guess she fits right in. I spend 60k with the USPS a year and because of this lady they just lost my business. Fedex or USPS here I come.
I love priority and express. Both are cheaper and just as reliable as the competition, and provide the same guarantees. To top it off I can pick up packages on Saturday. While the staff could be friendlier, they are no worse than the staff at UPS or FedEx. They all have the same leave me alone attitude. So I see no reason to rate the Post Office worse than all the rest on that account.
This Post Office has some of the friendliest workers at the counter. The last post about free tape? Yes there is free tape on the counters for the free priority mail boxes that they give away. And yes there is also tape that you can buy. This Post office can be very busy, but it is always a pleasant experience.
Whoever the Rick employee there is, needs some SERIOUS training on customer service. I asked a simple question, got a smart ass remark. Just answer my question, jack ass. AND THE DELIVERY GUY SUCKS!!! NEXT TIME LEAVE ME A EFFING SLIP SO I CAN PICK UP MY MAIL YOU LAZY BASTARD.
WORST, WORST, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Tracking number for usps says package is delivered but I check my mail and no key to postal there. matter a fact the postal package box is open. this happens a lot. also I have other peoples mail in my box a lot. service jus terrible.
Strong work you only lose things of value. You deliver all bills. Answer by management at HH post office "if what you are having delivered is so important then have a signature required or you may not get it" Thank you.
THE WITCHES AT HARKER HEIGHTS POST OFFICE NEED TO GET SHITCANNED.. THEY ARE JUST SMARTMOUTH , LAZY. WITH BAD ATTITUDES. THE LITTLE SHORT UGLY ONE AND THE SPANISH ONE.
This is the first post office in my 35 years alive that ran efficiently. ALSO they were all friendly, it felt like I was on another planet but in a good way...
So i had to call to find out that my "express" package has been there for 3days. And the guy answering the phone is a rude ass. Never dealing with them again
Another useless post office in the Killeen Belton area. Can not mail packages after hours. Please advance to the 21st Century!!!
Always friendly and service is usually pretty quick for the amount of people coming through.
The staff here is nice but some are ride and service is slow on sending packages.
Having had a PO box here for years, we find the staff friendly and helpful!
