Horrible service. Lines are out of the post office and got nothing but rudeness from RICHARD. My mom came last friday to pick up a package that said "Available for pickup". My mom waited ridiculously long and he told her very stubbornly that the courier has it and it would be delivered. Two days later (Sunday its closed), I called and asked the post master and she told me they have it. So I go to the post office myself this time and RICHARD was standing there. I go with my tracking number and politely told him I came to pick up a package. He looks at me and says "What do you want me to do?". I looked and told him I need my package. He demands for my ID. As I am taking it out, he stares me down horrendously. He goes to the back and looks for the package and did not find it. He comes out and tells me there is no package and that he told my mom already that there was no package two days ago. At that moment I was really mad and told him the postmaster told me that morning there was a package. Of course he came back with the package, and grudgingly gave it to me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER CLERK.
Literally kept an eye on the mail lady. Drove by which I saw her placing mail inside mailboxes on the other block. I came home sat outside to wait for the package which never came. I got a notification on my phone stating there was an issue. I went to the mailbox to find, sorry we missed slip inside my mailbox. She never made an attempt to deliver. What she did was just fill out the form and placed it inside my mailbox. This isn’t the first time either. Why do we pay for extra services? This is unacceptable. Everyone in the neighborhood has complained so much lately what needs to be done to get some action to occur? US Government just needs to shut down the Post Office and give the contract to FedEx. What a waste.
We have had a post office box at this location since the summer of 2012. We frequently have large packages, which requires a good deal of interaction with the employees. We have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and in a very timely manner. I really appreciate how they are so professional with each person they service, even when someone comes in to complain, they handle the issue, then move on with a fresh approach with the next client. Thank you so much for your excellence in service!
Worst customer service. I have been calling and dealing with the postmaster (who is never there) for over a month now. I have had numerous suspicious deliveries from overseas that I am afraid to touch. Weeks ago they were supposed to do an investigation. No one EVER gets back to me. And the deliveries in my mail box keep coming. They were supposed to remove them this week. Again, called and talked to postmaster. Guess what? Never retrieved from my mailbox. This is ridiculous. I wonder if they even know what they are doing there.
Unbelievably poor service. 1st time I have felt a bad review is needed. It has taken longer to get a pkg the 2 miles from them to my house then it took UPS to get it from Iowa to Friendswood. When I inquired about picking up the pkg myself, I was told it would cost me $25 for this service, unreal. They are a prime example of a failed US Government enterprise and their attitude towards customers is poor at best.

Most clerks are very nice... But one lady lied and states she was the post master which is basically the manager come to find out she lied... Must be a power trip for her... She is very rude... And mean overall and unhelpful... Her name is Bea... Just fyi...
You have 3 people working inside & no one answers the bell. Quality has gone down since the new management came in used to be only us Chinese people working here really quick service.
Why In the world does the person that delivers our mail run over our garbage bag and spread all up and down the street. This one is head of the mail carriers.
Very difficult people to work with. I played the he said she said game for 10 minutes with 2 different people and still have no resolution and no package.
I came here to submit my passport information. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Richard was a great help and had excellent customer service.
I run a small business that requires me to mail out items a couple times a week. The staff is friendly and very quick to keep the line moving.
