In September 2015 I made a international shipment and the employee (who no longer works there) filled out the waybill, I told the employee that all shipping charges need to be billed to a corporate account number . The UPS employee checked off the wrong payment of charge and I got stuck with a $145.91 shipping charge . Trina at UPS Willis has refused to do the right thing and will not refund the charge . I do not recommend this place to anyone because they do not care about the customer
They could not confirm that the email was received and I had sent pages costing a little under $5.00. Had to buy a postage stamp to make it an even $5.00. Next day I called to see if my friend received the email. She did not. I went to a phone store and they emailed it for me from my phone. I called ups store and they would not refund my money. I will not do business with them again.
The people here need to work on their customer service. Charge me for some packaging which I was fine with paying for. Go to pull out my credit card and say sorry $5 minimum would you like to buy some useless junk. Instead of working with me they open the package up and gave me my items back and I walked never to return to this location.
Got called a peasant at this store by a customer because the employee said the customer was royalty. Why? Not cool
Totally dependable and reliable, quick to respond to my needs, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
They are very friendly and efficient. We do a lot of printing there and they turn things around quickly.
