I had a package that was to be delivered as a 2 day priority mail on 2/20/15. It is 2/23/15 and I have not received my package. My coworker ordered from the same company and her order was deliver on time, mind you they were shipped at the same time so obviously my package may be lost. I called the Postal office on Pinecroft in the Woodlands as to this is their delivery area. I spoke with Mr. West, a supervisor-he should not be working in the public with people. I’m sure there is an application of someone else that was looked over that would love to have your job. If you are not happy, then you need to find another place of employment. He was very rude and will not offer to help and refused, I repeat REFUSED to when I asked of him. I even asked him to put someone else on the phone and he told me “NO-they will tell you the same thing”. I told him I will stop by this afternoon to speak with someone else and he repeated. “You will get told the same thing.” How unprofessional. Mind you I spoke with him on Saturday 2/21/15 and today 2/23/15 and I received the same treatment. He made sure he told he that he spoke with me Saturday and the answer was the same “NO”. My package left the West Virginia Post Office on 2/19/15 and there has been no update. He told me I would just have to wait until it arrives in the Houston area, didn’t try to provide me with a number to call the West Virginia area or to call himself to see what the problem was. -DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THIS WAS A 2 DAY PRIORITY USPS MAIL ORDER THAT HAS NOT MOVED IN 6 DAYS THAT IS POSSIBLY LOST??!! The 1 star that I had to give in order to post this review is so not deserved. I hope upper management sees this message and take care of the problem. He just may be the one taken care of it since he stated he was a supervisor by deleting it. WOW. I have always used UPS and will continue to.
Irresponsible, careless employees and more above offensive behavior: SAPIEN MARK J. This guy has lost my priority mail, he used to give me by my personal inquiries every time different opposite answers and finally after four time’s personal inquiries, he denied all his previous words and said he takes not any responsibility!! This guy also turned his ID that I cannot write his name. I requested him to call facility manager on this office but again SAPIEN MARK J lied without any shame and said he is facility manager and we will do nothing for the issue!! I’m within my Texas Law to take the issue to the court because of financial lost, hardship and offensive behavior on this post office and especially by “SAPIEN MARK J”.
Had problems with usps in general the last couple weeks, it turns out the package I had sent to TX, the person who mailed it somehow wrote the address wrong so my 2 day priority turned into 7 days of mail hell. It took hours for this Post office to finally set their telephones to ring, Dont know how else to describe a busy signal from 8am opening til about 1:30pm but when I got ahold of someone she was extremely nice, managed to find the package, and confirm the address was wrong, they are now holding it so the buyer can pick it up.
I was at this branch of the USPS today to turn in my Passport information. I received excellent assistance and kindness from Theresa, the clerk I dealt with. She was very patient when I could not locate the birth certificate, and did all she could to make this a smooth transaction. While there I overheard a postal clerk with an irate customer. The clerk, Johnny, remained professional and polite, even though the customer was becoming more sarcastic and demanding. I was impressed with both of these employees.
They always close ahead of time, not sticking with the time posted, which is early considering they already close earlier than other places. I bring already labeled items ready to go which they don’t have to do anything for. They let packages stack up in dropbox inside and when you try to get their attention so they can loosen it up to fit your package they just ignore you or if they’ll just open slightly telling you rudely that hey are closed with out hearing you out that you just need to put package in.
They tell you to call to make an appt for passport. I have tried for over a week. Always busy. Finally get in and they have me on hold for 20 minutes. Probably hoping I will just go away. And by the way, I have tried call on my cell while I am on hold from another phone and I do believe my call on hold is causing no one to get in because it is busy on the cell. Stupid. Really one line?? Sorry you hate your job but why make it so frustrating for everyone else?
Missing Package they said was delivered. There now starting to put my packages next to the mail box on the ground out by the curb where any person or animal can just carry it away. This is not the first time. One time they delivered it to the wrong home. Good thing the lady 3 blocks away on another street was honest and delivered it to me herself. I try at all cost to go around using the US Post Office, but sometimes what can you do? Privatize it? Uhmmmmmm
Our tax dollars at work, eh? Why is it so hard to contact a human being at any USPS branch!? Tracking a package and then trying to actually speak to someone is NOT even an option on their prompts when calling the Tracking center phone number. No wonder the other carriers are doing so much better, USPS... another example of a government program who feels they should not be held to private business standards.
I normally drop off my packages at this Branch. Have not had any issues. Their staff are also helpful and friendly. I accidentally dropped one UPS box to this branch. I came there next day to see if I could fix it. Their staff patiently answered my question and told me that no worries- they would exchange packages with other delivery company (UPS) in Houston hub. Eventually, that package got delivered.
For the second time in a month, package sent to me was not delivered. Able to recover the first one when a neighbor brought it to my door. This time, delivery was shown as delivered yesterday but not received by me. Cost me $158+. What is wrong with these people? Also, they must have the phone off the hook because you can never get them. Busy signal all the time.
Mrs. Jones was the greatest help to me. When I called to try and track some packages she was not only the nicest person on the phone,but was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find my packages and make sure that I received them. Have fun getting your packages delivered , have to constantly drive there to pick them up after they dont even attempt to deliver. If they do deliver its left at your front door , sounds good right? not when its a package insured for $500 with signature confirmation and its just left there. We have complained numerous times to no avail.
Worst post office I have ever had in my life. Five times this year they have either lost a package that was meant for us or sent to a wrong address and this is out of eight total packages for this year. Hmmmmm.... so only three out of eight packages were correctly delivered...I guess that’s good enough for government work.
I have been on a waiting list for three weeks for a PO box. They finally called and left a message for me to call them back. However, their main number goes into a hold pattern and no one ever answers. I have attempted to call them over 15 times with the same result. Poor, poor, customer service.
looses my mail over and over. I have tried calling several times over the last couple of months and have yet to ever get anyone to answer. The number listed is the same one the other post office gave me. I have never got anyone to answer the phone. Just drive across town it will be much faster
NEVER SEND UR MAIL THRU THEM....absolute the worst of the worst. They lost my EXPRESS MAIL and gave me random and vague claim numbers that led no where. Absolutely unorganized and irresponsible bunches. Like the rest of the reviews, I would emphasize "good luck having ur mail sent".
Have had trouble receiving my mail for the 3 years I lived there. Even after I relocated out of state they still did not forward my mail as instructed!!! My son had to retrieve my mail from old box and send to me. Unbelievable!! Worst service ever!!!!
I hate going to the post office because the staff working there are generally horrible and rude people. However, I have never once had that happen at this location. This is the only USPS I enjoy visiting because of how friendly all of the workers are.
As many times as I have been to this location, I give it high ratings. People complain about the line ups being long. Try the Conroe location. The waiting area is cramped and confusing from the minute you enter. So this office is wonderful.

Too lazy to even get out of the vehicle to deliver a important package. We have had missed deliveries and missing mail. Who ever is in charge should find a new job. I for one am not happy that this post office is so unprofessional.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY LOST MY EXPENSIVE MAIL AND DID NOTHING AFTER FILING A CLAIM. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AFTER CALLING 12 TIMES REPEATEDLY AND NEVER ANSWERED. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT USE USPS AT ALL.
In traditional Post Office service, Amazon handed my package to the post office and they claimed to have delivered to our office, no such thing. They may have delivered to the wrong address, but they did not deliver to our office.
Refuse to answer their phone. My package was sent out and it was marked as REFUSED by the mailman. I had nothing to do with it. My package is IMPORTANT and for them to just refuse to deliver it to me is ridiculous!!
Can not get through to anyone, to pick up the phone. i have issues that need to be handled today, but i can leave my work. Have tried for hrs to get someone to answer the phones but no luck. this is ridiculous!

Why is it when I try to call about getting a BROKEN KEY out of my mailbox nobody anwers the darn phone!? OH WAIT..... government employees, kind of lime the DMV... you are there for THEM not vise cersa!
Says package was left on front porch but my security camera shows she never even got out of her truck. And it says it was delivered about an hour after she came. Seems to happen alot.
They claimed my packed delivered and I never received it!!! Funny thing is I had two packages come from the same person and I received only one when there was 2!!!
Awful, miserable, frustrating. They always lose my packages which is freaking ridiculous. How hard is it to bring the package to the right house?
