This store tries to do all that they can to help customers, however there is a problem with those that work there, and the actual FedEX system being available. If you have a problem with your account the employees at the store cannot help you and must research for you to call the 1 800 number for service. This is a very flawed problem that you would think such a huge company would have addressed and fixed, yet after many years of buying out Kinkos and changing the name they have not made any progress on this front. A great store to go to if you have no questions or problems with your Federal Express. On the contrary UPS can address all of these problems in a store face to face with an actual person and not someone over the phone lord knows where. Weigh the good with the bad and it is your decision on which company 2 ultimately choose.
Very poor customer service. After waiting for ten minutes for one customer ahead of me (only one person working Saturday morning), I went in with a pre-paid product return label (with box). The employee told me it would be an additional charge at my expense to "completely pack the box." - Ridiculous and clearly an attempt to squeeze every last penny out of customers. I left with box in hand; will schedule home pick up instead. ***Same day update*** I was able to flag down a FedEx delivery truck coming through my neighborhood. He taped up my box and took it without me having to set up a pick up time. Great service by FedEx delivery driver- store could learn a thing or two from them.
This location went above and beyond for me after a company shipped my order to the wrong address. They had it intercepted and brought to their location, called when it arrived, carried it to my car, and opened it for me to check for damages. Great customer service here.
my experience with Fedex has not been good at all! Honestly I asked to hold my package and it never even showed up there 3 days later I still sit here waiting wtf is my package!!??? Fedex honestly sucks and any other postage service would be better.
I have been to this location several times because it is the closest location to my office. The staff seems to try to find a way not to take care of their customers. They are nice, but if they can not help you why are you in business?
Poor customer service with staff who spend more time talking with each other than taking care of the customers. Hair twirling and the whole 9 yards. I was so I turned off I left and went to another FedEx.
This place is great! I had to fax over a 22 page lease via long distance and the manager was very helpful. They are always trying to find you the best deal that fits your personal needs. Thank you!
I love my FedEx I had an issue and they took care me.. go to FedEx before you use UPS LOL But the staff is friendly and they are here to help you
