I ordered an item from ebay but it was undeliverable to my address because i forgot to put lot 19, so the pm supervisor at the post office said no need to worry, when the mailman gets back with it he will call my cell phone so i can come pick it up and at worst ill have to wait till the morning..His last words to me was it will NOT get shipped back, so not only did i not recieve a call, i also wasted another trip to post office because guess what? They sent it back.. And the explanation was it must have slipped there mind.. Psh most ridiculous business ever.. Since when should it rely on memory? Shouldnt it had been in the computer to not ship back? Smh
I called and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours before getting someone on the line. And then only to tell me that my lost mail and package was already out of their hands. The postal worker that delivers our mail did not close the lock to multiple mailboxes correct and so it stayed open overnight and someone stole our mail and package that was delivered that day in our mailbox. So not right. How are the customers to blame for someone not doing his job correctly?
I have had several packages lost and nothing was done even after talking with manager clearly it was on the post office I stopped ordering for awhile but this month I placed a order from Amazon and the postman left my packages on the porch and marked them delivered now again I have no packages please use better judgement especially at this time of year and the manager needs to listen to the complaints of the people
Agent prepared an old Amazon box I reused for my pkg and let it get mailed with an old upc label on the side go out without saying anything about it. You guessed it, the old label got picked up by the scanbots on the conveyer and sent back to my own home address. Mgr blamed it on me and refused to reship without paying again. Worst customer service! No wonder we have to prop them up with our taxes.
So I did 2 day delivery service. My mail said it was out for delivery at 740 am, it is now 525 pm and no mail delivered. Like seriously so now do i get a refund since it is more than two days? And I too have been calling and no answer wow horrible!
Extremely slow service at this location. In the few times I needed to mail a small package, I left the line after 20 minutes of waiting and not moving at all. I suggest trying to avoid this location of you can.
How do I complain about the mailman not coming to my house in the past 3 business days? I placed a letter to be picked up 3 days ago and its still there.
