My package showed it was out for delivery since oct.31 but it never arrived. I waited until nov 3 to see if they would deliver but they never did and they stopped updating the tracking information. I kept calling the office and i would be put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes for them to just tell me they would look into it and give me a call back wich they never did. I finally went to the office and after 30 minutes of waiting i got to talk to a manager and all he did was tell me that he would have to talk to the carrier and he asured me he would have an answer for me that evening but again he never called. Today I called and I was told that i chould contact the sender and ask for a refund because they cant find my package. In my opinion they are the ones that should be resposible for refunding me not the sender. Also while i was at the office there were 4 more people with the same complaint so im guessing someone at that office is stealling packages.

I put thank you notes along with some return to sender mail (for previous residents) in my mail box and raised the flag and for 3 days in a row now, whoever delivers our mail lowers the flag and puts the incoming mail in.. without taking my outgoing mail. I just called the post office to verify that they do still take outgoing mail. I felt like an idiot for having to ask but couldnt see another reason why they wouldnt take it. Its not like they didnt notice- they put the flag down. And I also just recieved something that i had written return to sender on back. It got ripped and they put it in a plastic bag with an explaination printed on the bag about how they are sorry that it was damaged... Just take it away! Throw it in the trash for all i care. Just dont bring it back to me!
So annoyed! I ordered something with amazon prime to my boyfriends house and it said it was delivered to his mailbox but it wasn’t there. We waited a few days and i called but they never answered the phone so I drove down there after my package was nowhere to be found, he was so rude but still took all of my information and said he would call back if he found out anything. never did. Luckily, i was able to get a refund. never ordering to his adress ever again. I’ve never had a problem like this with my post office.
This is an updated review. I believe in giving places a chance to do things right and Robert, Smokey and a few others have turned this place around. They have in the last few months have been kind, helpful and welcoming. Top notch customer service and I know they will run a tight ship. I have the best mail lady Carol and I am very pleased with this post office and the one on San Augustine.
I cannot get the postal carrier to look at the mail and put into the right box number. My mail have medical delivery in it and now on to different occasions he/ she has put into the wrong. I know it is a busy time of the year, I need my medication so, please take time to look at the mail and put it in the right box. Need help call me and I will help you.

Horrible service. Upon asking a worker about a package being held, I got yelled at by her to the extent that the people behind me were staring. There is no need to be aggressively rude when not at all provoked and more so, when approached in a friendly manner. Totally do not pay taxes to be treated like an idiot by some under qualified civil servant.
horrible employees , bad altitude and always a long line with one person at the counter and rest just fooling around. Mailed was not hold per confirmed request. I talked to Branda about missing mail due to mail not hold. she did not do anything about it and hanged up on my phone then refused to pick up my further calls.
Worst post office in the country. I have had problems w this p o for years. Every neighbor that I have talked to over the years hates this place as well. There is only a few good people that work at this location. For the most part they are a worthless bunch! OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE BEING WASTED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
My last experience here was just as it should be. MaryEllen was really nice and helped me ship my packages. It was a simple and pleasant experience. The line was out the door but went by at a very good pace. Every transaction I saw from the line had courteous exchanges as well.
so ANNOYED!! This place has lost packages, delivered to wrong address, and has forwarded my package to FREEPORT three times!! I run a business and this has been a huge inconvenience to not only me but my customers. On top of all that, they NEVER answer the phone.
Rude and disrespectful! Long lines and employees let the people they know cut in line while others wait for 30 minutes.... Will use email and UPS from now. Hope the manager Garza sees this and will be receiving a call tomorrow from other customers.
Always helpful employees ! My favorite thing about this location is the self service machine! It really is so convenient for my small business.

Very rude yelling at me over the phone..would not reschedule my delivery to my house. When I was sent a notice saying to call and reschedule.
I shipped 2 packages within 2 weeks at this location. Both of them got lost. Staff not helpful either. Not a single friendly face.
Very rude customer service. The front desk worker is unconcerned about your lost packages and offers no help. Very sad. :(
the blonde women, DREKA super rude, as if i stole the life out of her. super rude and bitchy. Horrible service.
They left me on hold for the longest time. Really unprofessionall. I would actually give it half a star.
