Using a computer to print requires swiping a credit card, and then the clock starts ticking while you log in to your email and wait for files to download. There are no instructions and the wrong printer was selected by default. The employee chose to go in the back the moment I got on the computer so as to not be available to help. Super frustrating experience spending $4 to print 3 pages.
Ordered online and it notified me that it was available for pick up wasnt sure if i needed to pick it up or if it would be delivered i thought it was going to go to the post office so i called to ask the lady put me on hold where i sat for 10 mins before I hung up i had one question. And 10 mins on hold is just ridiculous
The owner of the store has since reached out to me since my bad experience. She was professional and applogetic, even though I was just as much in the wrong. I will have no hesitation to do business with UPS in Marble Falls again.
I showed up 25 minutes to closing after driving all the way from kingsland to ship a package that has to be sent that day, to find the doors locked! Emailed the store address, have yet to get a response since yesterday evening.
Saturday before Christmas their sign says they are open till 2. Had their doors locked already at 1:50.
