Customer service here is horrible, I laugh every time their slogan comes on. "The post office you can trust" They do need to do a better job monitoring who they hire, i really dont see how some of them even get a job as a postal worker, 1st off i have been calling them for 3 days and their number was constantly busy like not even ringing, ended up getting through to a human today (who answered the phone laughing and talking in the background) I was explaining my issue.. after she said My name is blah, blah, how may i help you when in mid sentence she cut me off and said " you need to talk to supervisor hold on" CLICK* and i remained on hold for 30 min (nobody ever answered, i then drove up there on my lunch break since they close before i get off and waited in line (2 customers ahead of me, but they couldnt answer), while waiting i observed how the guy working would look at the next person in line and not say "How can i help you?" or "next person", just looked at them, like dude they are not here just to look at you help them dang, then got to the front and asked to speak to a supervisor, waited there for 30 when one of the workers was like " why do you need to see supervisor?", i explained my issue and he was like you dont need to see supervisor for that and im like well ok thats what i was told over the phone and he gave me my answer to my problem just by saying they arent going to refund you because you dont have packaging label and handed me my papers and turned around .. OMG .. i hate USPS so much they have some of the rudest customer service people, they dont care about your lost misplaced packages or anything, i have been going through hoops because they gave me the wrong information and made me pay for something i didnt have to pay for its ridiculous ! Its not even about the amount its the face they just DONT CARE ! Its not the people that deliver the mail its the people sitting down in the air conditioned building, idk who they think they are
I am SO disheartened, I understand it’s the holidays and packages were backed up, but all of my packages got here on time except the one that was last tracked at this location at 7AM then sat here for 2 days. Now it’s Christmas and my Husband won’t be getting this beautiful gift because apparently it was forgotten or neglected. Again, I understand it’s the holidays, but I ordered this package in advance and it was going to be on time until it hit Texas. At each Texan post office it would sit for 2 days. This happened at 3 different Texas Post Offices(why it wasn’t just sent to me idk)then it gets to Killeen and again just sits there! Had I known this would happen I would’ve just picked it up myself, but I had no idea a VERY small package would somehow get left despite it was more than enough time before Christmas for it to be delivered. Really hoping I get my package as soon as the trucks’ engines are hot enough to deliver packages because this is beyond ridiculous the post off barely 2 miles from me let me package sit there for 2 days. Thanks a lot.
I Made the mistake of trusting this branch of killeen post office with my items i need for and event . If you are shipping to killeen use UPS or Fed Ex . The first pack I watched the mail man drive up then drive away only to find a attempt to deliver card in my mailbox . NOT MUCH OF AN ATTEMPT SEEING HOW MY FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN AND MY HUSBAND WAS WALKING UP TO THE HOUSE AS THE MAILMAN PEELED OFF AS SOON AS HE SAW HIM ! The second package I have been tracking and the mailman did not show until 4pm this time no card AND NO PACKAGE !!!! They are about to close and the phone is off the ringer making it impossible to solve the issue and when I call the national like the computer REFUSES to give me a live person .

Very poor service.. If you want to see your taxpayer dollars hard at work, visit this post office. That is if they decide to open. May 28th 2011 post office opens at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:30 am there was already four people in line waiting. I left at 8:50, the doors still locked I had to be at work at 9:00 am. I unlike our dear civil service employees can get fired for being late! Is it any wonder why the US Postal Service is going broke. And we want the government to take over heath care?
In the last several days I made a small purchase through E-Bay. I gave them the wrong shipping address. I gave them 202 N. 22nd St. #35, and it should have been (202 N. 24th St. #35), and your mail person was sharp enough to realize the mistake that I had made, and put it in my mailbox anyway, instead of someone else’s. They have certainly earned my praise, and I will rate them with a 5 star rating. Thank you all so very much. Raymond K. Watkins
This is our post office and I have never experienced more horrible customer service anywhere. The employees talk about customers in front of them, make us wait on purpose, and yelled at a foreign lady who was having trouble understanding their fast speaking English and made her cry. She was just trying to pick up a package and didnt understand how. Another customer went to help her translate and they were rude to him too. Heartless people!!
Worst post office ever. They lost my package and claimed they delivered it. However I was home at supposed "time of delivery." I went in to figure out what happened and was told they would call me back. They never called so I went in again 2 days later. I was told they would call me again. I was called the following day when the supervisor told me it was delivered and he refused to discuss it any further.
Absolutely miserable customer service. The phones never get answered. Theres a 2 hour wait to get a new mailbox. They frequently lose packages & have on multiple occasions left no notice that I have a package. I hate this postal office & their service more than anything else in this city. They should be ashamed of their lack of professionality.

Worst service I have ever received. The ladies that do passports are two big bullies. If you disagree with one of them the other one will jump on you screaming And telling you they need your chair for another customer. Manager has no authority And their customer service vision is "I am doing a big favor to you so is ok to treat you rude" .
This is one of the better Post Offices I have used during my 25+ years in the Army. They are friendly and fast. you almost never have to wait more than 5 minutes to send a package. DONT go to Copper Mountain Post Office on WS Young! You will wait forever and be overcharged, really.
I wish I could leave less than 1 star! They are rude and very unpleasant to be around! They interrupted me while I was talking and left me on hold for a very long time. They are very unprofessional and I will NEVER use this post office again! It really should be shut down!
Why do I have to wait over an hour for 1 person to get 6 other people passports before I can get my new mail box key? At the post office on Stan Schleuter I was in and out in 5 minutes the last time I moved and needed mail box keys. That is ridiculous!
Awful customer service, and thier passport system is outdated and slow. They really need to look at how they can speed up the passport process. My boyfriend and I came 4 different times only to have a huge line ahead of us. Avoid this hellhole!
Called about 30 times, all separate occasions... Either get a busy number or get put on hold forever. Have lost packages... Even when they have a tracking number.

Removed mail from box and returned to post office because the mail was not removed by a handicapped person. Thus depriving that individual of their medication.
Service with this post office is horrible. This is my third time ordering something and it goes through them to deliver and i havent received it.
The passport lady is rude and soo very unprofessional, lazy. Horrible. She was eating a jack in the box eggroll while touching my documents. Wtf
It would be nice for them to answer the phone, and also to pick up my mail, but that seems to be outside their capabilities. Terrible service.
I shipped two boxes to the men and women at Fort Hood priority mail and they have not yet received them 5 days later!!
