This store is under new ownership, and so much better than before. I went in there today dreading it, and instead of the usual dark store and recalcitrant clerk, it was bright, bustling and friendly. I do a lot of Amazon returns, so I was glad that this store had opened; however, it was so awful that I hated going there, even to just drop off a package. The new owner, Paul was actually in the store waiting on customers - also something new. He also owns the UPS store in Belton near Walmart, and he said that if anyone has problems, to please contact him directly and "it will be addressed."
I must say, there has clearly been a change for the better at this location. Older reviews are harsh, though probably fair. More recent reviews reflect my experience. Retail is a tough business, and very difficult to staff efficiently without excellent, well-trained people. When I visited this location with an easy task, Amy seemed to be by herself but was multi-tasking like a pro. For me- effort, attitude, and competence make all the difference. Well done Harker Heights UPS.
Possibly the worst EVER. Not only was the person a smart ass, but a simple envelope pick up with a damn notice was a hassle beyond belief. A three minute exchange turned into a half hour ordeal. Horrible procedures, what do these people do??? Whatever it is they need to be retrained. I will NEVER EVER EVER!! Go in there again. No wonder their raiting is below 3 stars.
No call about my order that is almost a week late. Never again, customer service is not good.
