If you try to call AAA Cooper to get a status update on your shipment, you WILL get the ROYAL RUN AROUND!!!! I called the number for status update in South Atlanta and got a guy by the name of Aaron Knight who quickly said "your call is breaking up call us back" and hung up I called back and he transferred me to their Dallas center, a lady answered and she quickly transferred me to Amy who said i need to talk to "Scheduling". In "Scheduling" I got a voice mail, I gave up and hung up. I then called Home depot with whom I had placed my order online and cancelled my order. In an age where companies are customer centered, i believe there is no place for this type of poor performance.
Worst experience ever. This place is so disorganized. Figured it would be easier to pick up my package from the terminal, boy was I wrong. Waited over 30 minutes before someone would turn around and acknowledge me at the window so I could pick up my package. the employees were rude and seemed like they had no clue what to do about me picking up at the doc. After processing my payment they wanted an email and the lady had to ask me how to spell yahoo. Been standing here for over an hour now still waiting on them to give me my package. Will never do business with this sorry excuse of a company again.
I had called on a Friday requesting a proof of delivery. They said they would have it emailed to me the later on that day. Never received anything! On top of that she gave me the wrong pro number. I called back on Monday morning. I waited for two minutes for someone to answer. A young lady transferred me to department that could assist me. The phone rang and rang. I waited a least three minutes and no one answered.
I dont think they have ever made a pickup on the 1st day. About 50% on the 2nd day. They make excuses of why they missed. You talk to 2 different people and they both will tell you something different. I will not use them again.
Try to overcharge for weight on shipments. Cargo did not weigh more than 300 lbs over the stated weight. Asking for a scale calibration certificate. They should provide one, not the customer. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CARRIER!

Constantly never answer their customer phone lines/ or they hang up on you. Almost every time they pick up the pallets a day late, because they are behind schedule AKA "not organized". We would not recommend them.
Worst customer service ever. Rude! Stayed on hold for 45 minutes. To only be told I was outside of 2 hour window. I would have been within time if I was not placed on hold for almost a hour. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Just like any company, they have the good and the bad. First person I talked to was a bit rude. She did transfer me to the correct person and she was real nice.I got my issue resolved.
Terrible service. I called them 3 times for a single pick up, they all said their driver is on the way, but my good has been waiting for 3 days! Do not use them!
Absolutely mind boggling. Minions are more capable and clearly more intelligent. Everyone working (for lack of better description) there could be a politician.
I can not stand to deal with these people everything they deliver is horribly smashed and damaged from the forklift. customer service is like pulling teeth.
