Not even 1 star! Total crap! Lucky if you get your mail. The list is long. Most incompent running PO anywhere... that includes overseas! They make mistakes, lose packages, give you the run around, promise to fix it, then turn around & change mind, then wont own up to anything or refuse to fix their mistakes. They tried to deliver a package, left a notice to pick up at the post office. We go & they claim they can not find it. Go again, now they claim it was delivered & sign for. We have had the run around for 4.5 months. I have been implied I was lying, we have been pushed aside. Told by the delivery driver supervisor the delivery guy would be reimbursing, then told by the Post Master that the PM would personally go retrieve it, the told by the PM that we would have a refund. Now, suddenly a new Post Master, no refund and a claim they can now trace it to Chicago, but of course Dec it was mis delivered & signed for suddenly it reappears Jan 2nd in Chicago & now is off the face of the earth. Claiming it was being sent back to the original sender. The sender has never recieved the package back. They will not take the responsiblity for their mistake instead have implied we are to blame, lying etc... depending on what day we have gone in or who ever we talk to. We have been pushed aside, forgotten about & treated unfairly. The worse is this is not f.up that has been done. The delivery driver is noturious for delay delivery, losing mail & being down right rude. It took 2 months for a delivery. I have popped into my apartment office & handed packages that had been sitting up there & I never got a delivery/drop off notice in my mail box or on door. I have gotten a notice for a package on one day, yet the package had been sitting in the apartment office for 2 weeks. The delivery driver even tried to get me to sign for a package that was not mine ,then got mad when I refused, even when I told him it was not me & pointed it out. Apartment was wrong too. More than anything these 4.5months & the run around for the missing package is the worst. Expect any issues to be treated as if you are in the wrong. Must be nice to have a job where you can totally incompetent and not worry it.

This place lost my Christmas parcel since January 2017 because they delivered to the wrong room apartment number ,Despite my parcel have already shown my room apartment number and the another bad thing is that room apt got signed recieve my parcel as thier parcel !?! WTF..!! i kept following my parcel 3-4 times and i got same answer "we sorry, we will check and contact you" just 1 call back asked me my tracking number after that nothing reply me back. Finally me and my wife went to post office and they found and proof my parcel was delivered to the wrong APT room number by receive scan file had signed by a wrong name and wrong apt room number until now March 2017 we still waiting refund process from this post office.... I felt like they are playing refund game with me .... Never know when this game will be over.
i have sent a package to deliver at a municipal office building since the 28th of July. once they tried to deliver at 6:15 P.M. since its a public office no one was there to accept. have requested from my local post office to tell them to try and deliver between 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. and no one has done it as of yet have been trying to call the office for the past hour and no one seems to be there. my project is getting behind because of this matter. can someone do something about this? will never use USPS to send a package again in my life.
I am happy to say I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees at this location. They have all been friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the long lines but that is typical of most post offices. Before Rosalyn became our regular postal carrier, we would often get the wrong mail delivered to us, etc. However, Rosalyn goes above and beyond to make sure everyone in the neighborhood gets their packages and mail on time. Prior to her it was often a mess!
This is the worst place on the planet. Unbelievably bad, forwarded mail never forwarded, nobody there is employable by any real business, absolutely horrid, terrible terrible. Worst experiences I have ever had in 50 years. Where the hell are we in Conroe, 18th century? Idiots or thieves not sure which. Is it ignorance or apathy, both mixed in with entitlement expectations and shear idiocy. Stay away, very far away, RUN,,,,,,,,,,
I have had terrible experiences with this post office too. My mail put in the wrong box, checks, gift cards for my kids, and they are never found....or retrieved, someone is happy getting thing that were intended for my family...but we are not. And calling and complaining has done no good. I have been calling and complaining for 5 years and nothing has changed...
I have lived here for 20 years and this post office site has always treated me right. I have never had any person rude to me. I go back to this post office month after month and keep waiting for a person who is rude to me, but they are not. I love my Post office. I am sorry if others are having problems, but Conroe is good. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! HAD A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO MY WORK LOCATION... THE MAIL LADY SCANNED MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED BUT IT WAS NOT IN BOX. NOW ALL THEY SAY IS IT WAS DELIVERED AND NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. WHY WOULD YOU SCAN A PACKAGE KNOW IT WASNT GOING TO FIT IN BOX. NOW PACKAGE IS LOST AND THATS MONEY THAT WAS LOST.
Did a mail hold due to Mail disappearing from mailbox while displaced by Hurricane Harvey .. all things considered they are doing a pretty good job, They politely attempt to help ... God bless them for the job they do... If I worked there I would end up jumping the counter and throttling someone..

The employees here are amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience with them and are very helpful and knowledgeable when I have no clue what I’m doing! Keep up the good work! It takes a lot of patience to do what you do! Now the only downside to this is it get pretty crazy packed sometimes.
This place is about the worse place to visit in the world and Keith will tell you whatever he thinks will get you off the phone and is complete waste of time. The United States Postal service should not be this bad and is why I do everything in my power to use UPS or Fedx
OMG STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY LOST 2 OF MY PACKAGES WORTH OVER $1200 I WENT THERE TO COMPLAIN AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND TOLD ME TO CALL THEIR 1800 NUMBER, NO ONES ANSWERS THE 800 NUMBER SO YOUR SCREWED. YOU SHOULD USE A DIFFERENT MAILING SOURCE LIKE UPS.
I am a frequent customer of the Conroe USPS facility and never had a problem with their customer services. All the clerks are very polite and courteous and efficient at their job. Some times they get inundated with customers at a time. Keep up the good work everyone!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is ran by complete idiots. They constantly lose our mail and packages and when we call or go to the post office, they are no help. The post master at this location is also an idiot. Is not interested in helping you at all.
Hard workers.....constantly have do deal with rude and in your face customers. This is a busy postal hub around noon. That said the lines process through fairly quickly. The workers deserve every bit of pay they get. Cant say that for folks at Mcdonald...

The absolute worst mail service and customer service I have ever experienced. I receive the wrong addressed mail on a weekly basis,and the main post office NEVER answers the phone.
They are either thieves or just totally incompetent. Mail sent from that location NEVER reaches the destination. Beware if you are sending gift cards or packages.
they dont scan packages and then they lose the packages this post office is by far the WORST ever !!!!!! i ask for pick ups and guess what NO ONE show up
The telephone software used to filter calls is Horrible. Can not move the phone without the computer thinking I said something. Really annoying.
