I never usually write reviews. But, I had to share my experience and hope that it helps save someone else money. First of all one man showed up in a U-haul and that should have been a red flag for me that this was going to be ripoff. He did not introduce his self but when I introduced my self he said another mover would be coming shortly. Once he arrived they both seemed very nice and told me that I was organized and this should be smooth. I was moving from a 3rd floor to another 3rd floor which was a 15 min drive away. They did well with the move and everything arrived safely, as it should have because it took them 3 hours to move me out of one apartment. An, 3 hrs to move me in the new one. When they drove to my new apartment they drove super slow to the new apartment and then got lost on the way and still charged me for that. Then when they got to the new apartment it took them another 3 hours. I have moved from a 3rd floor to a 3rd floor several times and it has never taken 6 hours total. It was half the day to move me and they only moved my big furniture and a few boxes .I had to move the rest and still ended up paying over what was estimated. When I was given an estimate on the move a month prior to moving I was never told that the $75.00, I had to pay as a deposit would be used towards traveling fees. Up front I was told that money would be a deposit and subtracted from the total amount. Which I guess they charge because they also had to rent a U-haul to move me. Which by the way was not even completely packed with my furniture. It should have never taken 6 hours. I will never use their services again and hope this helps anyone else who is looking into moving. Please do your research and ask a lot of questions and read reviews. Beware of scam artist
I used Jandtmoving recently to move into a new home. They did a good job in a short time with no problems. They are professional movers who communicate with you well. I highly recommend them.
