In both personal and professional scenarios, we are challenged to live and lead in ways that either drive us toward an encounter with God or toward a life of self-effort and control. This interactive workshop will explore the amazing offer in the Gospel and discuss its far reaching implications for our lives. |

INFLUENCING CHANGE IN THE ACADEMIC WORLD
PEER PANEL
As women assume faculty and administrative positions in Christian higher education, they become change agents by their very presence. Women often bring a different perspective than their male colleagues and introduce new ideas which can strengthen and enhance their academic setting. What are the most effective ways to influence positive change? This workshop will explore the difficulties and challenges of implementing change and help discover the means by which women best facilitate change in their academic institutions. |
